Convergence is looking for a highly organized, confident, resourceful Executive Assistant to support our CEO across both professional and personal responsibilities.
There is one simple goal: make the CEO’s life easier.
His time is his most valuable asset. Your job is to protect it, organize it, eliminate distractions, anticipate needs, and make sure important things get done.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, commitments, and personal/professional responsibilities.
Protect the CEO’s time by eliminating low-value tasks and unnecessary distractions.
Research and prepare the CEO for meetings, decisions, speeches, podcasts, public hearings, and other priorities.
Draft and ghostwrite emails, letters, op-eds, and other communications.
Coordinate travel and detailed itineraries.
Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and materials for investors, banks, and business partners.
Track priorities, deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups.
Communicate professionally with investors, colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders.
Handle sensitive information and situations with discretion and good judgment.
Do whatever else reasonably helps move Convergence and its CEO toward their goals.
What we’re looking for:
Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident, self-assured, and willing to take initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communicator.
Strong judgment—you know what requires the CEO’s attention and what doesn’t.
Comfortable working with a driven, assertive CEO.
Able to manage healthy conflict, debate, and occasional crisis situations.
Comfortable when priorities change quickly and things suddenly move fast.
Technologically capable and comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Apple products, Slack, Zoom, Word, Excel, and cloud-based filing systems.
Management or executive-support experience in a moderately complex environment.
Able to disagree, make your case, and then fully commit to the chosen direction.
Organized enough that forgetting a task might actually bother you.
Comfortable with profanity, able to take a joke and give one back, and happy in an environment that is simultaneously laid-back and high-stakes.
Most importantly: you take ownership, figure things out, and get things done.
Benefits Include:
Full individual health coverage with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of WY
Discounts on family health coverage
Discretionary bonus program (based on company wins)
Highly intelligent staff of varied backgrounds that enjoy working with each other
Diverse industry learning, growth and engagement on a regular basis
Surrounded by people who are willing to co-invest in your success
