FOREMAN opportunity with growing landscaping and snow removal company. Seeking leader with hardscaping experience and project management skills. Includes client relations, working alongside teams, and managing vehicle fleet/equipment.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead and work with a crew on hardscaping projects (irrigation, pavers, retaining walls, patios, stonework, etc), ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficiency.
- Assist with bids and estimates for hardscaping projects, accurately projecting material costs and labor requirements.
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the vehicle fleet, equipment and tools, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with safety standards, best practices for use, and cost-effective utilization.
- Drive a designated plow route during the winter months for snow removal operations, ensuring safe and effective clearing of driveways, walkways, and other surfaces.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hardscaping (irrigation, pavers, retaining walls, stonework, patios, outdoor structures). Please note that while experience in landscaping maintenance is beneficial, it is not a substitute for required hardscaping experience.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining machinery and tools used in the landscaping industry.
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and train a crew in the field.
- This role is physical; requires ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
