FOREMAN opportunity with growing landscaping and snow removal company. Seeking leader with hardscaping experience and project management skills. Includes client relations, working alongside teams, and managing vehicle fleet/equipment. Key Responsibilities
Lead and work with a crew on hardscaping projects (irrigation, pavers, retaining walls, patios, stonework, etc), ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficiency.
Assist with bids and estimates for hardscaping projects, accurately projecting material costs and labor requirements.
Oversee the management, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the vehicle fleet, equipment and tools, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with safety standards, best practices for use, and cost-effective utilization.
Drive a designated plow route during the winter months for snow removal operations, ensuring safe and effective clearing of driveways, walkways, and other surfaces.
