Administrative & Finance Assistant 

Position Summary
Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Coordinator to support our Human Resources, Finance, and Operations teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining company records, supporting employee lifecycle processes, assisting with financial administration, and contributing to the overall success of our resort operations. Postion will start as part time with ability to move full time, there are options for growth and forward momentum. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and organize Human Resources records and personnel files.

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain and manage finance-related records and documentation.
  • Provide support for entry-level accounting and finance functions, including:

    • Accounts Payable

    • Accounts Receivable

    • Vendor setup and record management

    • Account reconciliations

    • Data entry and financial record maintenance

  • Assist with administrative projects and special assignments as needed.

  • Support Directors and department leaders with operational and administrative tasks.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an office administration, hospitality, resort, and lodging environment.  OR

  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, and Excel.

  • Experience with QuickBooks and other business management software applications preferred.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
