We are looking for an ambitious Hospitality Manager who will help us organize the daily operations of our beautiful and unique facilities. We are a small, locally-owned business with ample opportunities for growth and exposure to many facets of hospitality. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising our staff members and lead them by example to ensure the highest quality of services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate staff and operations
Supervise and oversee Front Office staff members
Monitor all online booking engines and guest correspondence.
Coordinate social media platforms and digital marketing efforts
Continued development and communication of standard operating procedures
Ensure adherence to relevant legal, health and safety regulations and guidelines
Roughly one shift per week of AP and data entry
Keep and update relevant documents and records
