The Clear Creek Group is a high-touch property management firm seeking an experienced financial controller.
The financial controller position is responsible for all accounting operations of the company, to include the production of routine and periodic financial reports, maintenance of its system of accounting records, and comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure all reports comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Candidate must possess extensive knowledge of accounting standards, procedures, and methods, as well as automated accounting packages and systems.
