BARISTA Shifts Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7:00am–3:00pm, Saturday 6:30-2:30am $20–$22/ hr + Tips for Barista | $22-$24/ hr + Tips for Lead Barista Barista: Entry-level role focused on core duties — making drinks, smoothies and bowls, running the register, keeping the space clean and welcoming. Requires less prior experience, with training provided on the job. Lead Barista: Takes on everything a barista does, plus added responsibility for opening/closing procedures, training and supporting newer team members, and troubleshooting during busy shifts. This role typically calls for prior barista experience and a comfort level with leading in the moment, reflected in the additional shift and higher pay rate.
