What You’ll Do:
Lead by example, inspiring a high level of performance while fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and positivity.
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Train and mentor new and existing team members, boosting overall team competence.
Tackle challenges on the fly, from customer service issues to operational glitches, ensuring smooth cafe functioning.
Must be willing to learn barista skills.
