We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Gardener to join our team to maintain and enhance the appearance of high-end residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, has a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
General upkeep of garden and flower beds.
Plant, prune, weed, mulch, and fertilize as needed.
Monitor irrigation systems and plant health.
Keep properties clean, neat, and professionally presented.
Work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Previous gardening or landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
