Position Summary Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Coordinator to support our Human Resources, Finance, and Operations teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining company records, supporting employee lifecycle processes, assisting with financial administration, and contributing to the overall success of our resort operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and organize Human Resources records and personnel files.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and manage finance-related records and documentation.
Provide support for entry-level accounting and finance functions, including:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Vendor setup and record management
Account reconciliations
