Customer service is our top priority, always. Candidates for this position must understand the value of superb customer service, be motivated to provide the best customer experience possible, and be able to work within and manage company operational systems. Applicants must be interested in working across departments (operations, product development, marketing, finance, etc) and learning new aspects of the business. Our new team member must be curious by nature and clever in action. Customer Experience Representative: The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for all direct customer interactions. This involves daily interactions with customers to manage orders and product inquiries via all channels of customer communication. Inbound Customer Service: Manage inbound customer inquiries. Email Phone Online chat Applicants must be well spoken and have solid writing and grammar skills. They must be able to learn the details of the product and company and translate these aspects of the business into their own genuine voice. The goal is always to make the customer happy with the product and/or company experience. Customer Order Management: Timely management of day to day operation of order fulfillment in partnership with the warehouse team. Work with existing systems to insure all orders go out on time and are delivered accordingly Manage and facilitate purchases, order changes, order returns, warranties, and exchanges Opportunity to Grow: Depending on the person, their skills, interests and expertise, there is ample room and ways to grow with Rex Specs. Required Skills and Experience: Strong interpersonal skills and interest and ability to connect with customers Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc) Experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller platform a plus Ability to multi-task and develop systems to insure task completion Excellent grammar and writing skills Familiar with excel and basic data analysis Applicant Characteristics: Entrepreneurial mindset, and goal oriented (self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently) Curiosity to learn new things especially around customer service technology and consumer insights Upbeat, personable, positive, and can-do attitude Superior People Skills - ability to wow customers and collaborate with cross-functional team Excellent problem solving skills Highly organized and detail oriented MUST LOVE DOGS! Reports to: Will work closely with the Director of Customer Experience and Director of Operations Schedule and Time: This is a full time position averaging 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the position regular office hours must be maintained (9am - 5 pm +/-). Some weekend work may be required for special events. Compensation: Full time salary amount dependent on experience Paid Time Off: 2 Weeks (10 business days) Health Benefits: 50% premium coverage after 2 months of employment Rex Specs is looking for an employee that will grow with the company.
