Experienced Residential Superintendent needed to oversee daily on-site residential construction. Responsibilities include supervising trades, enforcing safety and quality standards, maintaining clean job sites, providing Procore updates, resolving field issues, and coordinating with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements: 5+ years residential construction experience, strong knowledge of codes and plans, and hands-on leadership.
