Outpost Group is seeking a self-motivated candidate to join the Finance Team and to help fuel the growth and success of our portfolio of businesses: Outpost, O2 Cleaning, Provisions, Snake River Roasting Co (Roastery and Café), Terrain, and Pearl Street Bagels.
This position’s primary responsibilities are accounts payable and expense tracking with QuickBooks data entry ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent attention to detail, solid organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Bookkeeping experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Excel, Google Docs, Apple OS is preferred.
