Showroom Associate — Jackson Store

Come work in our happy furniture store - no restaurant rushes, no late nights, no early mornings. 

We're looking for a few friendly people to join our showroom floor. Good energy is the main requirement. If you enjoy furniture, art, craftsmanship, interiors, or design, then we’d love to talk. You also need to be comfortable with computers, able to lift 50 pounds, and live near Jackson.

What you'd do:

• Welcome people into the store and be friendly while they browse
• Help us decorate the store and set the layout for maximum "wow"
• Ring up sales and keep the space tidy — dusting, light vacuuming
• Learn our pieces well enough to talk about them naturally (we'll teach you all of it)
• Occasionally, help a customer load an item into their car (able to lift ~50 lbs)
• Schedule deliveries and follow up to ensure great experiences
• Cultivate relationships with decorators, designers, and locals

You're steady, reliable, and comfortable with a wide variety of people. You don't oversell — we're really just here to help customers learn more about pieces they are interested in. 

There may be an opportunity to be creative, helping us source designs, manufacture products for the store, and make business-minded decisions for our long-term growth.

Details:

• Shifts fall within 10 a.m.–6 p.m - we'll build a schedule around a few days that work for you
• Starting part-time with the opportunity to move to a full-time position in 9 months.
