Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust

The Community Housing Trust is a private, not-for-profit Affordable housing developer dedicated to conserving community in Teton County by developing essential, Affordable housing.

Everything we know and love about Jackson is either protected by or made possible by people, yet the median price of a home in Teton County makes it impossible for those we rely on every day, to live here.

For over 32 years, the Community Housing Trust has been dedicated to making room for people in our community who make valuable contributions to our quality of life. To date, the CHT has served more than 670 people in 185 homes, with more projects in the pipeline.
