Established in 1991, the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust is a not-for-profit affordable housing developer that builds housing so that essential workers - first responders, teachers, therapists, nurses, coaches, and plumbers – are able to live close to where they work.
Over the last 30 years, the Community Housing Trust has honed their expertise at managing the development, financing, and construction of quality housing designed to retain the best and the brightest in Jackson. To date, they have developed and managed 181 homes, serving 563 people.
Leveraging generous donations, The Community Housing Trust collaborates with public and private sector partners, utilizing innovative financial and legal instruments to deliver the highest quality housing for the lowest possible price. And, as a non-profit, they operate with less overhead and without a profit margin which allows them to develop homes that are truly affordable.
