duties: setup and breakdown of events, manage event staff, Manage beverage inventory, inventory of china, glassware, silverware. Scheduling, training and staffing of events and services. Assist in the future development of Food and Beverage Program for Spring Creek Ranch. Includes lobby bar, poolside dining, Western BBQ dinners in summer.
Duties include taking reservations, managing rates from Whole sale vendors, OTA’s as well as daily rates. Assists in the greeting of guests and handling the departure process. Some weekend work a must. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have leadership skills and qualities. Knowledge of Springer Miller Host property management system a plus.
