As our AGM, you’ll:
- Serve as a role model for other members of the team and be the go-to person for club operations when the General Manager is not on-site.
- Create a customer service focused environment that is friendly, responsive, welcoming and creates raving fans.
- Manage key operational functions such as maintaining member accounts and overseeing billing functions.
- Contribute to the Club's financial performance by answering membership inquiries, selling memberships and creating an environment that results in strong member retention.

- Operations: You are computer-savvy, detail oriented, organized and analytical.
- Management – You have some management experience, thrive on helping people reach their full potential and know how to delegate and hold people accountable.
- Experience: You have financial, business and/or operational acumen, fitness and/or hospitality industry knowledge, and have worked in companies focused on producing strong financial returns.
- Sales - You are driven and determined and have some experience in a sales role.
- Education and Certifications – You have a college degree, preferably in a field related to business, hospitality or the fitness industry.
