Part-Time International Exchange Program Manager: Global Ties WY


We are seeking a part-time Program Manager to support the planning and execution of international exchange programming in Wyoming.
Global Ties WY is a local non-profit that hosts international professional visitors to Jackson Hole. 

This is a remote position with a flexible work schedule. The role will require an average of 10 - 20 hours per week with weekly hours fluctuating throughout the calendar year.

Primary Responsibilities:

•             Lead community outreach to develop a network of professional, academic, government and non-profit contacts for future international exchange programming.

•             Coordinate and recommend travel partners (lodging, transportation, dining, and cultural activities) for international visitors.

•             Organize professional meetings for international exchange visitors.

•             Maintain website, social media outreach, and community outreach to drive awareness of Global Ties WY and increase community engagement.

•             Event planning to drive awareness of Global Ties WY within Wyoming local and professional communities.

Role Qualifications:

•             College degree preferred with an interest in international affairs.

•             Ability to work independently and on a flexible schedule.

•             Comfortable with networking and community outreach to establish a network of resources for international exchange programming.

Compensation:

•             Pay rate of $25-$35 hour based on education and experience.

•             Remote, flexible work schedule with occasional travel and in-person programming required.

•             This role does not offer any health insurance or other benefits.

•             Option to participate in national and regional international exchange conferences and summits.
