Little Jennie Ranch

Little Jennie Ranch is seeking a skilled and dependable individual with strong general maintenance, mechanical, and construction experience to join our team. This role works independently under the direction of the ranch’s Construction Manager and supports a wide range of repair, upkeep, and building projects across the ranch. Work includes ongoing maintenance of ranch buildings, equipment, and infrastructure, as well as construction projects such as homes, barns, historic restoration, livestock handling facilities, and utilities installation and repair. Little Jennie Ranch is a fully integrated operation, including cow-calf and feeder cattle, hay production, finishing and direct beef sales, and a busy outfitting service. This role is essential to keeping the ranch running efficiently day-to-day.
