Director of Marketing

Position Summary

Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the brand’s next phase of growth. This role will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of all marketing initiatives while preserving the brand’s uncompromising commitment to exceptionalism, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

The Director of Marketing will manage a small but high-impact internal team while working closely with the founder and external strategic partners to elevate the brand nationally.

This role is ideal for a marketing leader with experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle brands.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy

  • Align marketing initiatives with revenue goals

  • Identify new customer acquisition opportunities

 

Campaign Leadership

  • Plan and oversee product launches

  • Lead seasonal campaigns

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across channels

 

Brand Stewardship

  • Protect and evolve brand identity

  • Ensure all communication reflects luxury positioning

  • Maintain consistency across digital and in-store experiences

 

Team Leadership

  • Manage internal marketing team

  • Prioritize marketing projects

  • Ensure operational efficiency

Sales Alignment

  • Collaborate with sales ambassadors

  • Support clienteling strategies

  • Develop programs to increase repeat purchases

 

Performance Analysis

  • Review marketing performance metrics

  • Optimize campaigns and channels

  • Report results to leadership

 

Qualifications

Preferred background in:

  • luxury retail

Experience:

  • 7+ years marketing leadership experience
