Snowday Agency

Project / Account Manager

Location: Wilson, WY
Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Any - compensation commensurate with experience

About Us

We’re a full-service creative and marketing agency that builds brands, campaigns, and content for clients across hospitality, real estate, tourism, and lifestyle industries. Snowday is the recent merger between two long-time Jackson based agencies, Orijin and New Thought Media. Our team combines strategy, design, storytelling, and technology to help brands connect meaningfully with their audiences. We value problem solving, collaboration, and measurable impact - and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

The Role

We’re seeking an organized, resourceful, and proactive Project / Account Manager to serve as the key link between our clients and internal creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who loves managing both people and process - ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with project goals.

You’ll lead internal coordination across branding, multichannel marketing, web development, digital advertising, graphic design, and video/photo production. You’ll also serve as a client-facing partner, building relationships, translating needs into actionable project plans, and ensuring deliverables meet our creative standards. You will be the face of the agency to clients, keeping client expectations in-scope, guiding clients along our process and workflow, and protecting our industry reputation.

We work a hybrid in-office schedule, with preference given for applicants local to the Teton WY/ID communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and maintaining clear communication throughout all project phases.

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from discovery through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Leverage new and existing project management tools to align internal and external stakeholders on project timelines, progress, and expectations. (Gantt Charts, Spreadsheets, Presentation Decks, etc.)

  • Lead internal and client-facing meetings, set agendas, and follow up with clear next steps.

  • Anticipate roadblocks, identify risks, and proactively manage solutions.

  • Support business growth through account management, upselling opportunities, and identifying client needs.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting, including project budget and expenses.

  • Contribute to improving internal processes and project management tools.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management or account management within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Understanding of creative, digital, and production workflows, from branding and design to websites, social campaigns, and video/photo shoots.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (We use Clickup, Google Drive, and Harvest).

  • Familiarity with budget tracking, resource allocation, and timeline management.

  • Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with both clients and internal teams.

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with autonomy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
