Office Coordinator

Law Firm seeking a full-time on-site Office Coordinator position.

This role is the first point of contact and is responsible for administrative office tasks and the general oversight of all office support services.  Duties may include: reception, telephone communications, greeting and assistance to visitors, mail services, setting up conference facilities, copy operations, word processing, and supply purchasing and management.  Acts as on-site liaison between IT Department for computer related issues, as well as between landlord on building matters.  May assist with accounting and billing requests, special projects, client screening, and make travel arrangements as requested.

This position is Monday-Friday on-site at our office in Jackson, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.
