As certified strength coaches and personal trainers with corrective exercise training, we have developed our workouts by combining direct athletic experience with years of advanced personal training education. Nowhere else will you find the benefits of Mountain Athlete-inspired programming combined with sport-specific exercises for strength and agility. Wright Training is not a CrossFit workout, but has similarities.
A typical hour-long workout is unique, always including either a strength/work capacity session, a strength session or a stamina session. We then tailor the workout even further to include core and durability exercises.
These programs aim to increase performance, prevent injury and provide overall strength.
