Summary/Objective
Suggest, recommend, sell and serve food and drinks in a professional manner while creating a sense of personalization and customization to guests. Days and hours of work are typically shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 4:00pm-11:00pm and may be adjusted for business needs.
Essential Functions
Multi-task and provide food and beverage restaurant service to four to six tables at a time on average, and as determined by management.
Have complete knowledge of restaurant’s food and beverage preparation and be able to articulate the menu for personalized experience.
Ask questions to learn member preferences.
Suggest, recommend and sell items from the menu to include but not be limited to non-alcoholic, alcoholic, and food items.
Follow recipes and make cocktails as ordered.
Follow the steps of food and beverage service.
Use a computer POS system to ring orders on a check, manage guests checks and manage guest payments...
