Job Summary: This is a donor facing fundraising position responsible for financial growth of the Foundation overseeing the management of Annual Giving and Planned Giving programs. Prospect management includes identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospective and existing donors. The Director of Development builds annual and planned giving strategies with correlating donor visit and solicitation goals, in conjunction with the VP of Development and the President to meet organizational goals.
