We are a fine hardware business whom has been serving the needs of furniture makers, cabinet makers, architects, designers, and builders in Jackson and the world for over 36 years. The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience. Will be providing assistance to consumer product and order inquires over the phone and through online outlets. Picking, packing and shipping orders. Excellent communication and listening skills required. Proficient computer and telephone skills a must. Knowledge of hardware is helpful but not necessary.
