A Landscape Project Estimator analyzes landscape design plans to calculate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment needed for a project. They create detailed cost estimates, often working with installation managers and purchasing professionals. This role involves reading and interpreting plans, visiting the work site and plan preparer, performing takeoffs, preparing cost analyses and working with project managers to see the plans come to fruition. Pay depending on experience. Year-round position with $80,000/yr starting salary, plus retirement, health care, paid time off, ski pass and a bonus. Company vehicle provided. Valid driver’s license is required and Spanish skills a plus.

Landscape Project Manager oversees installation of hardscape, softscape and irrigation systems for our projects.   The project manager is the company’s eyes and ears on the project site, ensuring work is done according to plan, managing and motivating team members and working with office staff and vendors to coordinate successful project installations and site management.   Qualified candidates understand reading of site plans, equipment operation, and project management.   Year-round or seasonal. Pay depending on experience. Year round starting salary is $80,000/yr, plus retirement, health care, paid time off, ski pass and a bonus. Company vehicle provided.
