This job contributes to JD High Country Outfitters’ success by achieving sales, margin and inventory turn goals under the leadership of the Sr Buyer and Marketing Manager.
Core Accountabilities:
Lead and model expected selling behaviors, customer experience standards and local expertise expectations for the associate team.
Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through sales floor engagement, community involvement and customer metrics capture.
Manage product placements and merchandising adaptations for the assigned department(s) based on performance and sell-thru.
Support the execution of all tasks associated with new and/or seasonal product deliveries including, but not limited to, PO entry and maintenance, style set up and creation, and invoice approval and coding.
Participate in vendor meetings, as appropriate, to review product offerings and gain insights into market and/or industry trends in order to make buy recommendations to the appropriate Buyer....
