Provide lead support to the Engineering staff to perform maintenance and repairs on all aspects of Hotel Terra.  Assist in the maintenance and repairs at Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge as needed. Job Duties: Assist Chief Engineer in maintaining daily work schedules for each Engineer to ensure adequate coverage. May assign work to each Engineer based on the priorities of each facility and the abilities of each Engineer. Train each new Engineer on all areas of each facility and on basic problem solving to ensure each Engineer can problem solve independently. Hold daily shift meetings with crew to communicate work schedules and hotel issues. Cross train each Engineer to ensure experience is shared within the group.
