The Receptionist / Concierge is the initial point of contact at Shooting Star. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide outstanding service to club members. This position facilitates Club reservations, communications, event information, event promotion, and registration for members. The Concierge will serve as a Club ambassador by maintaining an outgoing, personable, courteous demeanor, as well as a neat, professional appearance. They will ensure members and their guests are met with a gracious arrival and experience while at the Shooting Star. The Receptionist / Concierge will arrange for internal and external activity bookings for members. Join our hot springs team as a guest service representative of Astoria Park Conservancy. We are a non-profit hot springs and park with a mission to connect our community through inspiring experiences in nature that improve livability, health, and wellbeing. We are looking for a positive individual to expand our group of rockstar employees. Our current opening includes late afternoon and weekend shifts, leaving plenty of time for another job. This position is currently seasonal starting immediately through September.
