Job Description The Lead Mechanic plans, organizes, schedules, assigns, and evaluates the work of subordinates and provides training and counseling as needed.  Assures adequate supplies, materials and equipment are available to crew; orders supplies, and materials as needed. Works with other management. English and Spanish fluency, a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and ability to process mail, email and voicemails efficiently and accurately are critical. Additional duties include drafting letters, emails and legal documents, scheduling, copying, scanning and filing case paperwork. Previous law office experience preferred but not necessary for the right candidate – anyone who is bilingual and interested in advancing civil and immigrant rights is encouraged to apply! Full-time position of 35 hours per week, paying $33.70 per hour. Work hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM. Three-month contract eligible for renewal for up to one year.
