Shooting Star
The Receptionist / Concierge is the initial point of contact at Shooting Star. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide outstanding service to club members. This position facilitates Club reservations, communications, event information, event promotion, and registration for members. The Concierge will serve as a Club ambassador by maintaining an outgoing, personable, courteous demeanor, as well as a neat, professional appearance. They will ensure members and their guests are met with a gracious arrival and experience while at the Shooting Star.
The Receptionist / Concierge will arrange for internal and external activity bookings for members. Must be knowledgeable about Jackson Hole, local businesses, and experiences that would appeal to the membership. Internally, they will coordinate with the other departments in the pursuit of assisting members to enhance their Shooting Star experiences.
