A homeowner's association in Jackson is looking to hire a part-time project manager to oversee a repair project related to ductwork and HVAC systems - ASAP! This project affects 28 units.  The project manager will oversee communications between the contractor and the HOA board.  The project manager will coordinate between unit owners and tenants to schedule repair work.   The project manager will oversee the construction work being done and manage and maintain work logs and progress/status reports. The project manager will be on-site on an as-needed basis to ensure proper clean up and supervision of work.
