The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the General Manager. Job Functions: Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed. Manage communication including emails and phone calls. Assist in the preparation and/or mailing of public relation materials, advertisements, promotions, social media posts, etc… Receive, open, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and/or packages, for staff and/or clients. May assist in preparing sales contracts. Prepare and maintain client files, records, correspondence, reports and other sales-related documents. Maintain an organized and clean work area; always practice and ensure a safe work environment. Exhibit teamwork and cooperation by performing other duties as needed, required, asked, or directed. This is a full time job, hourly, Monday-Friday, normal business hours. Benefits available.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  Oversee a team of specialists who are responsible for working with guests and outside travel agents to confirm reservation calls and bookings for over 170 vacation rental properties managed by Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. Ensure that all guest arrival and departure procedures are upheld to RMR standards. Work cross-departmentally to achieve organization goals and set an example for cultural standards. Qualified applicants should have previous management experience, be comfortable with technology and demonstrate impeccable communication skills.
