Position Overview Property management firm seeks a highly motivated individual to join our caretaking team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to communicate effectively. Become proficient in property management and caretaking, while working independently in a team setting.  The position requires scheduling flexibility and a clean record.
