Manager of Events Objective: The Manager of Events is responsible for all aspects of private Museum rental events at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. This role requires developing long-term, positive relationships with all clients and community members and cultivating new business opportunities. A flexible work schedule is required as it is dependent upon calendared events. Many events are held during the evening hours and/or weekends. The Manager of Events must display excellent customer service and internal personnel management skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership, decision-making, and prioritization skills. A minimum of two years of event experience is a must. The Community Housing Trust is looking for an organized self-starter to support the financial administration of the organization. Applicants must have a 4-year degree in accounting and 5+ years’ professional accounting experience. Construction accounting experience is beneficial but not necessary. Responsibilities could accrue to either a Finance Manager or Finance Director. Job title and compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of our guests and homeowners to and from the Airport, to town of Jackson and to and from the Jackson Hole Mountain resort.  Must have good driving record. Must be able to lift 50 lbs into van. Must be able to assist with taking skis and poles out of bus/van. Shifts are both morning and evening. This is a wonderful guest relations position.
