The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the General Manager.
Job Functions:
Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
Assist in the preparation and/or mailing of public relation materials, advertisements, promotions, social media posts, etc…
Receive, open, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and/or packages, for staff and/or clients.
May assist in preparing sales contracts.
Prepare and maintain client files, records, correspondence, reports and other sales-related documents.
Maintain an organized and clean work area; always practice and ensure a safe work environment.
Exhibit teamwork and cooperation by performing other duties as needed, required, asked, or directed.
This is a full time job, hourly, Monday-Friday, normal business hours. Benefits available.
