Provisions JH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team.  Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including large-scale catering events, small gatherings, and day-to-day activities during peak seasons. Supervise and lead a team of approximately 10 kitchen staff members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Demonstrate expertise in managing prep lists and timelines to ensure smooth and timely food preparation. Collaborate with the team to uphold Provisions' culinary standards and contribute innovative ideas for growth and expansion into new ventures. Drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of our guests and homeowners to and from the Airport, to town of Jackson and to and from the Jackson Hole Mountain resort.  Must have good driving record. Must be able to lift 50 lbs into van. Must be able to assist with taking skis and poles out of bus/van. Shifts are both morning and evening. This is a wonderful guest relations position.
