Property management firm seeks a highly motivated individual to join our caretaking team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to communicate effectively. Become proficient in property management and caretaking, while working independently in a team setting. The position requires scheduling flexibility and a clean record.
General Duties / Responsibilities
Maintaining and caring for properties around the valley
Weekly inspection of homes
Identifying and addressing issues at properties
Preparing homes for owner and guest arrivals
Post-stay damage inspections
Weekly maintenance of hot tubs
Response to after-hour emergency calls and on-call expectations
Assistance with in-residence requests
