POSITION SUMMARY:
The Packaging & Fulfillment Associate contributes to the successful operation of Vertical Harvest by following all Vertical Harvest protocols and performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as laid out by their department. The position is 65% with Packaging and 35% with Fulfillment Daily tasks include (but are not limited to) harvesting (harvester or other), packaging product and other fulfillment responsibilities. Through regular communication with the Packaging Manager, Lead(s) and Senior Associate(s), the Packaging & Fulfillment Associate will ensure that crop production targets are being met. A Packaging & Fulfillment Associate possesses the independence and drive to complete all tasks assigned to them in a timely and satisfactory manner. All positions at Vertical Harvest are dependent on need, and may require weekend and some holiday shifts.
