The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience. Will be providing assistance to consumer product and order inquires over the phone and through online outlets. Picking, packing and shipping orders. Excellent communication and listening skills required. Proficient computer and telephone skills a must. Knowledge of hardware is helpful but not necessary. Job Description The Lead Mechanic plans, organizes, schedules, assigns, and evaluates the work of subordinates and provides training and counseling as needed.  Assures adequate supplies, materials and equipment are available to crew; orders supplies, and materials as needed.
