Kelly, WY Guest Ranch is looking for an Office Assistant to act as the GM’s “right hand” for the 2023 guest season. Responsibilities include but are not limited to - guest reservations, bookkeeping, USFS correspondence, permit renewals, staff payroll, becoming knowledgeable with the inner workings of the ranch, etc. This role requires a resourceful and self-motivated individual with strong emotional intelligence. Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Quickbooks preferred, will train in other ranch-specific programs. This listing is for an on-site assistant position during 2023 guest season (mid-May-September) with the potential for remote off-season part-time work for the right candidate. Room/Board included, salary DOE.
