Convergence Investments, through its multiple investment funds, develops Master Planned Communities across the United States, which focus on progressive sustainability practices, superior design, community connection, and wellness.  The Project Manager will assist Convergence Investments efforts in development activity and construction management. Reporting to the COO the Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of our master planned communities, and for coordinating the delivery of paper lots, finished lots, community amenities, horizontal infrastructure, offsite improvements, and all related project and construction management activities in multiple markets.
