Human Resources Director:
As our Director of Human Resources, you will lead by example and drive all conversations surrounding HR strategies at Silver Star Communications. In this role you will build and maintain strong relationships to meet the goals, strategies, and budgetary demands of your department. Your hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of best practices, current trends and regulatory changes will be of the utmost importance as you embrace well-established, existing systems, and seek greater effectiveness for others, as you work toward important HR initiatives.
