Position Overview: We’re looking for a reliable, on-call team member to join our snow removal team, helping ensure smooth operations and safe conditions for our clients. This role is on-call for rapid response to winter weather, requiring early morning starts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate snow plows and salt trucks to clear roads, driveways, and other designated areas.
Respond promptly (within 30 minutes) to snow removal calls during on-call hours.
Perform manual snow removal, grounds maintenance, and other related tasks.
Inspect equipment regularly and follow all safety protocols.
Report any equipment issues or incidents to supervisors.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1 year of snow removal experience preferred....
