The Project Development Director coordinates and implements all activities related to a development from project conception to completion of construction. We are seeking to fill a   Full-Time, Year-Round Room Inspector   position   immediately . This role follows a   four-day workweek , with   10-hour shifts from Friday through Monday . Benefits include Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Room Inspectors are responsible for opening rental units for guest arrivals, securing properties after departures, inspecting homes and units during the cleaning process, making occasional deliveries, and assisting with cleaning tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience, strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, have a current valid driver's license, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
