Luxury property management firm is seeking a highly motivated, organized, individual with great communication and leadership skills, to oversee the firm’s caretaking department. This upper-level management position is responsible for the care of an extensive portfolio of technical homes, managing a team of caretakers, and cultivating meaningful relationships with area service providers.
Day to day details include, but not limited to:
Exceptional homeowner and team communication
Oversee the financial performance of the caretaking department
Management of a rapidly growing team of caretakers
Strong understand of technical home systems
Project management
Identifying arising issues at properties, communicate repair options to homeowners, and overseeing all repairs
Coordinate property maintenance punch lists
Oversight of suppliers and sub-contractors
Assessing rental properties for tenant damages
