The Tree and Landscape Company is looking for an Assistant Manager to help with the daily operations of the Maintenance Department. This person must be familiar with aspects of landscape maintenance including irrigation, operating equipment, cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, trimming, edging, weed-whacking, bed maintenance, fertilizing, chemical applications, etc.. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision while helping to direct maintenance crews in a safe and efficient manner. This position must also be able to review and approve all the administrative requirements for the crews. The Assistant Manager will predominantly be working in an office setting but they must be able to lift at least 50lbs and have the mobility to assist with equipment/material delegations at the start of each work day. POSITION SUMMARY: The Packaging & Fulfillment Associate contributes to the successful operation of Vertical Harvest by following all Vertical Harvest protocols and performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as laid out by their department. The position is 65% with Packaging and 35% with Fulfillment Daily tasks include (but are not limited to) harvesting (harvester or other), packaging product and other fulfillment responsibilities.
