Responsibilities include:
Ensuring properties are prepared and staged for guest's arrivals in order to provide exceptional quality of services for guests and homeowners, performing property openings.
Reporting deficiencies discovered during property inspections to relevant teams.
Performing seasonal inspections of rental properties, preparing proposals and purchasing items.
Assisting with inventory management.
Performing out-of-office departmental errands and deliveries.
Assisting with onboarding new homes in the portfolio.
Performing other job-related duties and essential tasks.
