Hess D’Amours & Krieger, LLC is seeking a part-time Office Manager/Legal Assistant. Approximately 20-30 hours/week with the opportunity for a flexible schedule. Primary job responsibilities include managing client billing; maintaining and organizing files and documents; answering phones; drafting basic communications; and otherwise managing all aspects of a small office. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, have solid computer skills, be able to multi-task, and have strong attention to detail. No legal experience necessary. Salary dependent on experience.
