Above all, looking for someone with good customer service skills. Sales experience is a plus but not necessary. Knowledge of the landscape, construction, and agricultural industries is a plus. Must be able to lift heavy tools into the back of trucks along with bags of dirt and mulch. Having computer knowledge and being able to type swiftly will be a benefit.
